Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website and/or booking any photography services provided by Ika Sarna Photography.
1. Website Use
By accessing or using this website www.ikasarna.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the website.
2. Photography Services
All bookings for photography services are subject to availability and confirmation. A written agreement or email confirmation will set out the scope, date, and pricing of the session. A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed. Ika Sarna Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, or emergencies.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices for sessions and packages are listed on the website or provided upon enquiry. Full payment terms will be agreed upon during booking.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of editing and digital delivery via download link. Printed products, travel fees (where applicable), and additional services may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time to their scheduled session and for the conduct of themselves and any guests. Any specific location or styling requests should be communicated in advance.
5. Use of Images
Ika Sarna Photography retains the copyright to all photographs taken unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a licence to use the final images for personal use or agreed commercial use.
Photographs may be used by Ika Sarna Photography for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
6. Digital Delivery & Storage
Final edited photographs will be delivered via a secure online link, typically within 2–4 weeks after the session. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their files promptly. Image galleries are usually available online for a limited period (e.g., 3 months).
7. Website Content
All text, images, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Ika Sarna Photography and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ika Sarna Photography is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that arise from using this website or service. Liability for service-related claims is limited to the amount paid by the client.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site and our services, you agree to this handling of data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
