Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Ika Sarna Photography. A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance is payable as agreed at the time of booking.

Rescheduling
If you need to change the date of your session, please contact me as soon as possible. Requests made at least 7 days before your session will be accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability.

Cancellation by the Client

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable).

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of any payment made, excluding any non-refundable booking fee (if applicable).

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice ("no-show") will result in the full session fee being retained.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or postpone your session due to illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

• a new available date, or

• a full refund of any payments made.

Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other bookings. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be treated as a cancellation.

Outdoor Sessions
For outdoor photography, sessions may be rescheduled if weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable. This decision will always be made in consultation with you, and there will be no additional charge for weather-related rescheduling.
